Hello, my friends in Oneness,
It’s Tuesday, August 26, 2020. I’m listening to a very popular New Jersey morning radio talk show (The Dennis & Judy Show on NJ101.5fm). The hosts a posing a COVID related question to their listeners along the lines of;
‘When do you think people will get back to normal?’
First, I want to say that I agree with their specific opinion on this matter. Both Dennis and Judy, and the host that precedes their show, Bill Spadea have shared their thoughts and opinions on this pandemic and have not wavered, and I appreciate that. They all believe that the pandemic has run its course, and for us to still be wearing masks and approaching this event, and our day to day lives from a fear-based mentality is the real tragedy.
So, when I first heard them ask the question ‘when do you think people will get back to normal’, I shook my head. I shook my head in sadness, because although I consider myself an eternal optimist, the more I walk through this mask-filled world of ours, the more I realize the unfortunate truth that the title of this blog represents. And that is that:
The damage is already done
Here’s a hypothetical situation for you to consider. Imagine if the powers that be, chose to send a unified, global message informing the world that:
Do you think society would return to normal? As much as I would love it to, when I am honest with myself I just don’t see it happening. And that is why I say ‘The damage is already done’. The fear that gripped our world during this event put far too much of a stranglehold on an already weak society. People were introduced to a fear that they never experienced before. They completely succumbed to the bombardment of information we all received, and never for a moment considered the only control that any of us have regarding ANY crisis. And that is the power of our own mind and the capabilities of our own bodies.
I remember hearing the term ‘Sheeple’ some months ago in the height of this pandemic. The connotation that it symbolizes saddened me. It saddened me because as someone who speaks and writes about Oneness, I’ve come to know the truths that Oneness embodies. Simple truths like,
So, when I saw such a large population, just ‘following the herd’ if you may, it only confirmed my belief that society, in general, is plain scared to death over this thing. And even if they were told that everything is fine, they most likely will still carry that fear. They will still wear masks, and chances are will never go into a restaurant. Concerts and festivals? forget it! How about a Giants game at MetLife Stadium with 70,000 screaming fans!
You get my point. I pray that I’m wrong. I pray that the mindset of these fearful individuals will revert back to what they knew. We are all Oneness. We come from a source of love and it is our birthright to congregate and celebrate life and love.
“To gather is our nature. It is the fabric of our very essence.
May we never lose touch with that founding element of Oneness”

‘Find Pollyanna’ (the COVID response)
Hello my friends,
I wanted to share this update for those who have not yet had the opportunity to follow me on my YouTube page, LinkedIn, or via my email list.
So, how’s my life been now that I’m more than one month removed from Facebook (Twitter and Instagram too)? In a word, FREAKIN’ GREAT! I must say that at first, it was kind of a withdrawal process. After all, like most of us, as soon as I would wake up each morning, the first thing I would do is look at Facebook to see who may have responded to a post of mine, and to see what the general theme was for the day. Not doing that was weird at first, but as I made my way through the first week, it became much easier. The only difficult part was telling family and friends, who sent me a text to see if I saw a specific post, that I’m no longer on Facebook.
But honestly, It’s been a much needed and welcomed breath of fresh air! Even though I did not get involved in the arguments and debates that permeate the site, I was still subject to the negativity that they represent. And as a person who’s still trying to evolve spiritually, I knew that getting away from that was something that I had to do. It’s the same reason why I stopped watching the news. Because THERE’S NOTHING GOOD ON IT!
Let me please say that I don’t condemn anyone who is on Facebook. It does serve many aspects of our world today in a positive nature. If it’s something you like, and feel comfortable with, go nuts. It just doesn’t work for me.
SO, WHAT HAVE I BEEN DOING?
I’m glad you asked! As it pertains to social media and networking, the only platforms that I have maintained are my YouTube page, where you can find my music videos, Oneness performances, and podcasts and vlogs as ‘That Oneness Guy’. I have also decided to keep my LinkedIn page because that always seemed to focus on businesses and not so much the opinions and debates that we see on Facebook. And I have also kept my ReverbNation site, which is pretty much just for my music.
HERE ARE THOSE LINKS:

LINKEDIN: https://www.linkedin.com/in/danny-rongo-ba15b93/
REVERBNATION: https://www.reverbnation.com/dannyrongo
I would greatly appreciate if you could SUBSCRIBE to my YouTube page. That is the site that will help me grow my following as a spiritual author and singer-songwriter. I have been adding ‘That Oneness Guy’ VLOGS to that site on a weekly basis. Here is the link for my most recent vlog: https://youtu.be/fyjiTp7zfAE
I would also greatly appreciate it if you would be on my email distribution list. I typically only send about three emails in any given month, and again, it helps me to grow my presence. And for those who send me an email, with your mailing address, I will send you this FREE GIFT!

And finally, I want to say that my new book: “The WAYZ of Oneness” How to Navigate Through Life, is for all intents and purposes, done. What I have to decide now, is if I keep it as one book, or make it two! I’ve been writing this book throughout the shutdown from the pandemic, and before I knew it, I surpassed 100,000 words! So, I have to discuss the matter with my publisher Balboa Press and see which route I should take. Either way, I will keep you informed.
I thank you as always for your support as I continue to share my music and message of Oneness.
In Oneness,
Danny
Hello, my friends,
I’m writing this blog (which will be accompanied by a ‘vlog’) because yesterday I made a change. A change that was a long time coming. I deleted my Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts.
Some might say, ‘so what’. Some might say ‘Why Dan?’. I’ll address the latter.
“I’M DONE!”
I can no longer take the rhetoric that’s simply disguised as hatred and divisiveness. Even though I used my platforms mostly for sharing my message of Oneness, I still made the decision to walk away from those sites. The only social media platform that I’ll continue to use is YouTube. That is where I’ll continue to share my music and message in many forms (music videos, podcasts, ‘LIVE’ episodes, and vlogs). So, that is where I’m hoping you’ll continue to follow ‘That Oneness Guy’ as we move forward. So, you know, here’s the link:
https://www.youtube.com/c/dannyrongo
You’ve heard me say many times that Oneness coincides with The Law of Attraction. It does so by means of the energies and vibrations that we emanate. With our world, currently overflowing with negativity, hatred and divisiveness, it’s really hard to find positive energies, let alone enough to share back into the universe. That’s pretty much the reason why I stopped watching the news some time ago. There’s nothing good on it. And recently, that’s what spilled over into the world of social media. All I’m seeing and experiencing are lines being drawn. Lines between co-workers, between friends, and even between families.
The message I’ve been sharing since the start of the pandemic has remained the same as it is today. And that is,
‘How you process this will determine your outcome’
For no matter what position you take on the pandemic, or most recently the latest rash of racism, if your thoughts and opinions are causing you stress, anguish, hatred, or fear, you’re only damaging yourself. Oneness teaches us that we can only control our own thoughts. Those thoughts, no matter if they’re deemed good or bad in nature will be what we share with the universe. And since the universe is one with the Law of Attraction, it acts like a mirror and sends it right back to us. This is why I left those specific social media sites. 9 out of every 10 posts have something to do with the problems in the world that we’re all facing. There’s no escaping it. I started to feel like no matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t emanate thoughts from a place of peace and Oneness. If you can, all the power to you. My spiritual journey is still an ongoing learning experience. But I know enough to realize when my thoughts and feelings don’t serve my higher good (or the collective consciousness). So, I move away from such energies. It’s not that I don’t care, it’s quite the opposite. I fully understand that if I don’t think and feel good, then I can’t change the collective narrative of fear that surrounds our world. Let me ask you something.
Do you think the events regarding racism just happened?
No, they did not. They’re a direct correlation to the collective consciousness of fear that has engulfed our world since the start of the pandemic. When you understand Oneness and the ways that our vibrations and energies affect our world, you see this with complete clarity. That’s why the riots were of no surprise to me. And let me tell you this. If our collective thoughts don’t change for the better, we’ll be in for more of the same.
This is why I’m saying ‘Sayonara, Social Media’. I know that to initiate change in our world, it has to start with each of us individually. Remember, it doesn’t matter what side of a debate that you’re on. If you let your thoughts of that topic affect you negatively, you’re only hurting yourself, and in turn our world collectively. CHOOSE WISELY.
In Oneness,
Danny
Are you as baffled as I am? I sure hope so. Because we just spent the last 3 months living in self-isolation, some in quarantine, most of us jobless and all of us dealing with the latest catchphrase ‘social distancing’ whenever we leave our homes. This was, and still is the way of life that has been forced upon us no matter what your beliefs regarding COVID-19 are.
Talk about change!
I know that there are a small minority of folks out there who are ‘fine’ with this (hopefully), temporary way of life, but I have to believe that most of us are still trying to find our way within it. I also have to believe that most of us can’t wait until it’s OVER! And by ‘over’, I don’t mean standing six feet away from the next person ordering a drink at the bar. And I don’t mean passing someone on the street who is still wearing a facemask.
I MEAN OVER!
So, it’s you that I want to address. Those who, like me are praying for the day when we get back to normal. The ‘real normal’. The Pre-COVID normal. These past months have been a strain on all of us. I’m not going to get into a debate on whether or not the pandemic was a hoax or not. Or if you believe that we should have reopened our country sooner. That’s not the intention of this blog. I just want us all to take a moment to reflect on the way our lives have changed because of this pandemic, no matter what your belief on the issue is.
We have all experienced a dramatic change in our lives!
So, then we witness an atrocity on the news. A murder in plain sight. A man pleading to a police officer who has his knee jammed into the man’s throat, and he cannot breathe. The man who subsequently died from this injury is black, and the police officer is white. We have seen this story play out far too many times in our recent history. So, as we are all trying to process yet another incident that takes our breath away. One that crushes our very soul. What do we do? How do we as a society respond? Can you blame those who scream out in rage over this? Absolutely not. Many of us say that it goes beyond being a ‘black lives matter’ issue, because all lives matter, and that is true. BUT. Not all lives have to deal with these issues ever, if at all.
I have never had a knee to my throat, literally or figuratively.
So, because of that, I don’t feel I have the right to say that ‘All Lives Matter’ in the context of this latest incident. So, how does society respond? What measures can we take that will finally put an end to such acts? My first response and the response of many I’m sure is to have what they call a ‘peaceful protest’. And when I entertain that notion, I laugh. I actually LOL! I’m 59 years old. I was very young when Dr. King walked the streets for racial equality and justice. He held peaceful protests, as have millions of others since then. But let’s be honest.
Have ‘Peaceful Protests’ changed anything at all over time?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! I believe that the plight for racial harmony and justice has fallen purposely on deaf ears. I don’t think that peaceful marches and protests do anything to help the bottom-line cause and as a human, that shames me. It’s a fucking embarrassment that in 2020 we still have to deal with such issues. It pains my very soul. But what pains me, even more, are the actions of those who choose to loot and destroy. These individuals take advantage of an atrocity like a man being murdered to create havoc. They don’t do it in honor of George Floyd. They’re vandalizing society and damaging this man’s legacy. AND FOR WHAT? To raise awareness? The only awareness acts like that raise shows that they are animals. What about the store owner who had a hard enough time getting through a COVID shutdown, only to have his store looted and demolished? Are they assuming that this owner had something to do with George Floyd’s death? That store owner most likely had as much sympathy over the situation as anyone. And now look at what he’s left with. Seriously, WHAT THE FUCK?
So, I guess the Pandemic wasn’t enough.
Dealing with all that the pandemic forced upon our way of life really wasn’t enough to be concerned with. Seeing and realizing the loss of a man for no reason wasn’t enough either. We now have to deal with chaos, mayhem, and fear in our cities and towns across America.
I really hated writing this blog. It tugs at my soul, and not in a good way. As much as I talk and preach about Oneness, this world of ours makes it more difficult with each passing day. To that I’d like to say ‘Fuck you very much’, but I won’t. Because for each and every asshole out there taking the law into his or her own hands and destroying personal property, there are millions of us out there who hold on to the fabric of humanity. For as Dr. King said:
“Hate cannot drive out darkness. Only love can”
Love is the fabric of humanity. And love stems from Oneness. The knowing that we are inherently connected at our very core as both physical and spiritual beings. We’re out there! You know who you are and I give thanks to you every single day. So, as agitated as I’ve just become, I’m over it. I can’t harbor the anger these cowardice incidents make me feel. It doesn’t serve me in any way, shape, or form. I know who I am. I know what I am, and I remain steadfast in the words that Dr. King bestowed upon us all. Because that remains our only solution.
In Oneness

(The following is an excerpt from my upcoming book: “The WAYZ of Oneness”)
OK, I’m actually revisiting this specific chapter from further down the road when I originally started writing it. And that is because it is a specific update regarding Oneness and the COVID19 pandemic that we are still in the midst of and trying to find our way out of.
It is now Wednesday May 20, 2020. If you recall, I started writing this book and specifically this chapter back on March 16, now more than two months ago. I needed to add this insert because the narrative of this pandemic has changed. It has changed because we are now at the point where certain states are starting to reopen, and with that comes divisiveness, anger, and still more fear. There are those that maintain their thoughts that we should not open at all until we have a vaccine. They think that a vaccine will stop the spread. The population that is thinking along those lines are prioritizing their own health and safety over whether or not people should be allowed to work and rejoin society. The other side of the equation is those who feel like we should have never shut down at all. They feel that being forced to self-isolate took away their constitutional rights as well as their holistic rights to be able to join the ‘herd immunity’ or their natural process to build and maintain their own immunity to this and any virus. This side also seems to be much more concerned with our now crashing economy and the rights we have as citizens to make a living. Whatever side of the equation you may be on, we now find ourselves with another battle of divisiveness and separation. Separation from one another and separation from source, God, STEVLS. And this is why I need to say that;
No matter what side you are on, Oneness is the only solution!
And there’s a very good reason why I say that. And here’s why. If you’re residing within the first example that I referenced, where you would rather stay safe and wait for a vaccine, your thoughts are being processed from fear. The fear that opening up states and businesses too soon will lead to another outbreak of the virus. And if you reside among the second example that I referenced, where you don’t feel we should have shut down at all, and that states and businesses should absolutely be opened, your thoughts are being processed from anger. The anger that your constitutional and inalienable rights are being compromised.
Either way, you are losing. And here’s why;
As you come to learn more about The WAYZ of Oneness and how it helps to navigate through a pandemic, world crisis, or life in general, you will learn that no matter what we encounter in life, there is only one thing we can control. And that my friends are how we think. Because it is those thoughts that either weaken us or strengthen us. Those thoughts either lower our vibration or they raise our vibration. When it comes right down to it, it is totally irrelevant if you view what you think as ‘right’ or ‘wrong’. All that matters is energy and how we are vibrating. Because that determines if we are aligning with our higher source, God, STEVLS, or not.
Let’s face it. The two words that I highlighted here are fear and anger. They are two useless emotions that definitely do not serve our higher purpose. They weaken us and they keep us in a state of lower energy and vibration. How do I know this? First of all because I do and second of all because I sense my own anger.
So, as you know, this is my book, and in my book, I get to share what camp I am residing in and how it’s affecting me. Let me ask you first. What camp do you think I am residing in? This man whose words you are reading right now. This man who preaches ‘Oneness’. What do you think my thoughts are as they pertain to this global pandemic?
Well, I’m very glad that you asked. I reside in the second example. I am infuriated over this pandemic and especially how it is being handled. The very foundation that ‘Social Distancing’ rests upon tears apart my soul. For it is our very nature to congregate, to be together, to gather with family and friends, to shake hands, to hug, and in general to love. We are being ‘instructed’ to not do what comes so naturally to us. And along those lines, I know that after they loosen up on this social distancing thing, there will still be plenty of people who will still practice it out of fear. Some will continue to wear masks (even outdoors), some will make sure they remain six feet away from people at all times. Some people will never even shake hands again, let alone hug or kiss someone. Hey, remember how we felt when we were first seeing and hearing about ‘fist bumps’? For me it was watching ‘America’s Got Talent’ and seeing Howie Mandel (a known germaphobe) only fist-bumping people whenever someone wanted to high-five him or shake his hand. I remember thinking that was odd at the time, but it kind of grew and evolved on its own into a new way to greet people. But make no mistake about what it originated from, fear. I cannot visualize a world where people purposely refrain from showing affection toward another human being. I can’t because I know how that goes against everything our higher source, God, STEVLS offers us. We come from love. We are love. It is not natural for us to gravitate away from each other, when Oneness is what keeps us together. WE ARE ONE. We are individualized expressions of one source! What social distancing is doing to Oneness is like having your left arm tell the rest of your body, “I can’t be here right now! Don’t look at me, don’t touch me, and please use your right elbow to sneeze into going forward”. It’s not natural my friends!
I also know that my inalienable and constitutional rights are being compromised. I know that wearing a mask in public is a complete waste of time and does not protect me, or anyone else at all. And my heart breaks for the millions of people who have lost jobs and businesses for absolutely no reason. So, there is a big part of me that is struggling with the anger that this pandemic represents. It is this anger that has led me to take any and all measures to revert back to Oneness, and that starts by sharing this information with one and all. I am also going to post this specific section on my blog page as well to get the information out there.
You see, I realize that the anger does not serve me. Getting mad at this situation is only hurting me, lowering my vibration, and keeping me away from Oneness. It truly is not doing me an ounce of good. So, when I have a thought about this situation that gets me angered and upset, I change it. I realize that for the time being, there is nothing that I can do that will change the matter at hand. Now I know that sucks, but that’s what I and we have to deal with. I know that I can only control my own thoughts that will dictate how my life responds immediately. I will make a conscious effort to maintain my thoughts and focus, and WHAT SERVES ME BEST! And by that, I mean whatever resonates with me and makes me feel good. That’s all we’re after my friends, is trying to feel good!
And for my friends in the first camp. You may refute that you are living in fear, but be honest with yourself. If you’d rather wait for a vaccine, that means you’re afraid to re-enter society as it is. That is fear. And if that is how you are truly thinking, I advise you to not let that emotion, that useless emotion become your predominant thought. Because if it does, you will not be doing your body mind and spirit any justice at all. Fear not only weakens your immune system but lowers your current state of vibration. You are not in harmony with your higher source, God, STEVLS, and you actually create ‘dis-ease’ (I have a chapter on FEAR later on in the book). So, you might be asking ‘how do I recognize what I am feeling and thinking as fear?’. Great question. You do that by listening to your intuition. Those primal gut feelings that we all get. That’s your higher source, God, STEVLS talking to you. Never cast those intuitive feelings aside. It’s those feelings that may nudge you to a different thought regarding the pandemic. Maybe to one of a more cautious approach, as opposed to a fearful one, for you would have to view that as a success. It would be a success because you would immediately ‘feel better’. Much if not all of the fear would be eradicated from your being. Face it, you know how you feel. The nervousness, the unease that you’re experiencing. That is all generated from thoughts that you are thinking. CHANGE THEM! Again, you don’t have to necessarily change your stance on the pandemic, or situation that you’re facing, just change the thoughts that are debilitating. They are not serving you in your best interests. And if you by some chance think that they are, just take close notice to yourself going forward. Notice your sleep and eating patterns. Notice your temperament. You’ll see the signs. Trust me.
Oneness teaches us that we can only control our thoughts. Our thoughts dictate how we feel. How we feel dictates if our energies and vibrations are being raised or lowered. If our energies and vibrations are being raised or lowered dictates if we are in alignment with our higher source, God, STEVLS, which manifests (or not) the life that we want.
In Oneness, I remain
Hello, my friends,
It is Tuesday, May 12, 2020. We are now in the 9th week of our new quarantined way of life.
“WHAT?”
I know, it blows me away as well whenever I think about it. So, I try my best not to. How are you? Are you healthy? Are you sane? I sure hope so. By all means, respond to this blog and let me know. I love hearing the variety of ways that other people are surviving this event.
My note here today has a two-folded message. First, as you just read, I’d really like to hear how you’re doing. I know that writing/typing helps me. This is all I’ve been doing since March 16 as that was the first day of the shut-down, and the first day I started writing my new book:
“The WAYZ of Oneness” Helping to Navigate Life
The second message is to share the podcast episode that I recorded yesterday. And that is because the content within it will not only help you in getting through this pandemic but will be one hell of an addition to how you process the rest of your life.
If you follow me on social media, you know that my initial thought (dare I say ‘message’) regarding the pandemic was a simple one. And one that remains now 9 weeks in. And that was this:
“How you process this will determine your outcome”
What I mean by that is this. Oneness reminds us that the only control we have in this lifetime is what and how we think. And during this pandemic, we have been BOMBARDED with news media opinions, medical opinions, conspiracy theories, and millions upon millions of social media posts where everyone swears that theirs is the truth! Who do you believe? How can you even fathom how to make sense of it all? You can’t my friends. It’s too much. And half of it is bullshit to boot.
So, in this newfound world of ours, where we’re being flooded with information, some good, some bad, we need to control what we allow in. Our thoughts are everything. They dictate how we feel. They have the power to strengthen and weaken our immune system. Put it this way. If you believe that you’re going to get the Coronavirus and allow that to be your predominant thought, well guess what. YOU WILL!
You cannot allow the fear that this pandemic represents to take hold of your life. When we look back at this pandemic down the road, I don’t believe the virus will be the first thing to come to mind. It will be the FEAR. And that is because it has reached epic proportions. The fear is dictating how many people respond and process this internally. Which is foolish because we control our thoughts. There is no such thing as ‘fear’ in this world. There are only ‘fearful’ thoughts. And we get to choose whether we allow those fearful thoughts to take up residence in our lives or not. We need to choose wisely my friends!
In this podcast episode, I address how and why fear came to play such an important role in this pandemic. With Oneness at the foundation of the message, it reaffirms the inherent truth that so many of us cast aside. That we have control if something scares us or not! As I mentioned, fear can damage us in so many ways. Physically and energetically specifically. We know that in Oneness it’s important to raise our energy and vibration. That’s what keeps us aligned with our higher source, God. Well, I don’t think I need to say that fear does not keep our energy at a high level. It does quite the opposite. In my new book, I’ve dedicated a chapter to fear, and this pandemic is a big part of it as well. I use this as an acronym for fear: False Evidence Appearing Real. Because that’s all that it is. Fear is nothing more than a thought related reaction. You think of something and it scares you. So, CHANGE THAT THOUGHT!
So, please give a listen to the podcast. I posted a link below. Just know that all of my podcast episodes are available on any and all of your favorite podcasting sites and apps. On your phones, in your cars, and in your homes.
By all means. Please maintain thoughts of health and wellness. Know that you have the power to not allow fear to take over your thoughts. Trust in your nature. And by that, I mean to acknowledge the magnificence of what your body and immune system represent. Think positively. There’s far too much circulating around this event. Choose what you allow to let in wisely.
In Health and continued Oneness,
Danny
Hello,
This is Monday, April 13, 2020. Week #5 of our new quarantined way of life. How are you? Are you getting through this? It’s crazy, to say the least. There are so many opinions, so many thoughts, so many concerns. I sense that even our brightest scientific minds are scrambling at this point. I see that our political leaders have already been scrambling and continue to do so.
So, here’s what I’d like to say.
We can only control our own thoughts. How you process this event internally will determine your outcome. While the world is looking for answers outside of themselves, I’m asking you to look for your answers WITHIN. Don’t wait for a political leader or a scientific mind to tell you how and when you will be safe. Because waiting for those answers will lead to stress, and those answers will most likely come with second-guessers that will lead to more stress. We only have the power to control our own thoughts, which lead to how we are feeling. I understand that we don’t have the answers in regards to ‘when this will be over’, but we most certainly have the answer regarding our own state of mind during this event. As I have said repeatedly throughout my book, blogs and podcasts, we only have two options from which to address every situation in life:
LOVE or FEAR
We see what the fear response looks like. It’s what has gripped the world. And because our world revolves around what our collective consciousness dictates, well it’s no surprise that the majority of our planet is scared shit-less. So, as we look to address this event from love in our own lives take stock in a few things. Remind yourself throughout every day that you are healthy. Maintain those thoughts of perfect health. Focus on the ‘good’ that you sense now in our world. The tireless efforts of our first-responders, the healthcare workers, the volunteers, the restaurants supplying free meals. Send them prayers of love and strength so that they may continue to help us all. Share only positive stories that lift us up or ones that make us laugh. Because once again, we can only control ourselves. To worry about this event (or anything for that matter), doesn’t do you any good. Worry is just a useless emotion about something that may or may not happen. The amount that you worry will absolutely have no effect on the outcome of this situation. The way that we take matters into our own hands is by choosing to address all matters from a foundation of LOVE. Love will lead you to think in terms of your own optimal health (regarding this situation) and will maintain your optimistic outlook towards any situation. We always have a choice. CHOOSE HEALTH. CHOOSE LIFE. CHOOSE LOVE
Hello, my friends,
By now you’ve most likely found out that you have some ‘downtime’ on your hands to say the least. The school I work at has closed its doors until after Spring break (which is April 13). So, I have a month on my hands. A month to deal with this unprecedented event in any number of ways. I don’t know what your specific situation is like, but I’m sure you have a changed schedule and lifestyle to some degree. So, what do we do?
HOW DO WE RESPOND THROUGH THE EYES OF ONENESS?
What I found out initially, as did the rest of the world, is that everyone has an opinion. And when you add in the ‘instantaneous’ effect that the internet provides, we can clearly see why this really became the shit show that it did. Now, I’m not trying to downplay the potential severity of this virus, but I know that the panic level that it has reached is a direct correlation to two things:
We can all see the effects of the internet/media as this is the only story being transmitted on the airwaves on a 24-7 basis. I mean, I’m a sports fan and I always watch ESPN. And in the mornings when I’m driving to school I listen to ESPN radio, and they’re totally immersed in it as well! There’s no getting away from it! Every TV station has gone Coronavirus 24-7! Well wait, I take that back. Andrea and I found that HGTV and The Food Network have yet to succumb, but I’m not counting them out just yet. And the Facebookers, Instagramers, and Twitterers of the world have added a whole new level of panic by the continued bombardment of alleged information and millions of opinions! YIKES!
Now, as it pertains to Oneness. If you’ve been following along with these blogs, or my podcasts, my book or any of the hundreds of postings I go public with, you know a few things by now. First, we know that in Oneness we practice ‘acceptance’. Acceptance is what allows us to deal with pretty much any pandemic related issue, and anything in general. It’s what gives us a level of calmness especially as we face such uncertainty. We know that this virus, for whatever reasons, isn’t ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ per se, it just IS. Just like with everything in life. That’s why we say that ‘Life just is’. So when we come to that understanding, it immediately puts the brakes on panicking. We also know in Oneness how important our connectedness is to our higher source. God, or what I refer to as ‘STEVLS‘ and for those not aware, that acronym stands for Spirit, Thought, Energy, Vibration, Love, Soul. And we know that our connection represents the foundation for our being here and why. It is from that connection, especially the ‘thought’ part of it that we come to know how very important our thoughts really are. We also repeat what was initially just a Biblical phrase in knowing that ‘we are what we think about’. And as that pertains to this (or any) virus is simple.
If you think that you’re going to get this virus. You will.
We know the importance of monitoring our thoughts because our thoughts do become our reality. So, with the constant bombardment and talk about this virus, it becomes increasingly difficult for it NOT to be at the center of our thoughts. I mean, how can it not be? It has been for me. And I am trying my hardest to remove those thoughts as soon as I get them. And now, like most of us, without my work and with more free time, that will be even more difficult. So when you find yourself thinking about this virus, stop yourself. Change your thought. Keep a ‘go-to’ thought in your back pocket. Either something or someone who makes you laugh. That always seems to work for me. Or just revert to a mantra. Something along the lines of “I am healthy”.
One thing that this virus has helped me to prove regarding Oneness, is the power that a collective consciousness represents. You’ve heard me say that the world is in the shape that it’s in because of our current collective consciousness, which is one of divisiveness. And you’ve heard me say that our only way out of that is to create a stronger collective consciousness. One that has Oneness at its core. Well just look at how our world changed over the past few weeks. We totally blew divisiveness out of the water! We created and manifested a new world consciousness centered around this virus and the fear that it represents. WOW! Do you see how it works? Just get the whole world to think about one specific topic, and look at what happens. It supersedes wars, hatred, divisiveness, separateness and even Trump! (LOL)
Imagine. Just imagine if everyone who has been consciously thinking about this virus thought about Peace.

As we once again pray for the victims and families of yet another preventable tragedy (this time in Milwaukee) I ask you..
☮️☮️☮️
Do you finally see a trend?
☮️☮️☮️
These acts, regardless of mental-health or terror-related are part of the collective mindset (or consciousness) that we’re all, unfortunately, a part of.
Mindsets of any kind don’t just go away. It takes a force of at least equal strength or greater to replace it. Ever notice when things in your own life are going good or bad that they usually continue in that direction for a while? Well, that’s how it works on an individual basis. We change what happens in our life when we change the thoughts that created it in the first place. That’s the microcosm of it. For the macro or bigger picture, the same applies. We need to collectively change the overriding thought patterns of shit, hatred, anger, and divisiveness that we’re stuck in. How do we do that Dan? By considering what your predominant thoughts are on any given day. We need to change our thoughts individually before we can see change on a global scale. That’s what Oneness teaches. As we recognize that we all come from the same source, it becomes much easier. But our problems continue to manifest because we still don’t get it. We still believe that we are separate from one another and separate from source. Folks, this is not rocket science. And it’s not some wacky mystical way of thinking. It’s your inherent truth and remains our only option. THINK WISELY

death/deTH/ noun
tran·si·tion/tranˈziSH(ə)n,tranˈsiSH(ə)n/ noun
What a perfect way to start off the new year than with a blog about death! Well, maybe not so but the timing of it happens to work for me. For you see, the month of January was when we celebrated my Mother’s birthday, and unfortunately her transition as well. I for one, don’t use the word ‘death’, because my Mom never died. The loving spirit that she was and most definitely still is was never born, so it can never die. Because we are eternal spirits, or energies if you may.
Those of you who have been following along with these blogs, my podcast as ‘That Oneness Guy’, my music or my book “I Am God” (and so are you my friend) A Common Man’s Guide to Oneness, know this. We know that Oneness represents the total inclusion of all that is. We know this because we understand that WE ARE NOT these bodies that we inhabit on this very brief journey in the physical realm. My dear friend Caroline Chang (Awake 2 Oneness Radio) likes to say that the body is our ‘spacesuit’! How perfect and true is that! Just like an astronaut in space needs his spacesuit to survive in space, we need our bodies to survive on this planet. There’s really no difference. But make no mistake about it, it is not what we are. Like a spacesuit, it is a shell, that we can maneuver and reside in while we are here.
But for our friends who still hang on to the notion that our bodies represent who and what we are, they use the word ‘death’ when someone passes or ‘transitions’. I posted the definitions above so you can really absorb what each word means. As a spiritual being, what statement resonates with you more?
‘The end of the life of a person or organism.’
or
‘The process or a period of changing from one state or condition to another.’
I would surely hope that this is a layup of a question for you. The keywords to focus on are ‘end’ and ‘changing’. Would you rather life end or change? And it’s not as if you have a choice here. You, me, all of us are never going to ‘end’. At some point in time (a time that we all agreed upon before we came into this existence), we will ‘change’ or TRANSITION back to our natural state. That of pure essence and bliss. We will return to the state of energy that vibrates at the highest level, which is Love and Oneness.
AND HERE’S THE KICKER!!!
And I dedicate a whole chapter in my book to this regarding the many ‘ironies’ of life. This totally natural and organic transition that we will all have one day, IS THE THING WE FEAR MOST IN LIFE! I mean, duh! How can our most natural progression be the one thing we fear the most? Because since our childhood, and with the help of many religions, we are taught that we are separate from God. And there are many reasons for those teachings but that’s another chapter in my book and the topic for another blog. So, we grow up believing that we are separate from God. We believe that we are in fact these bodies. And when these bodies expire, we will die! How fucking morbid and sad, and so far from our inherent truth.
And here’s something else that adds to the irony of fearing our transition. We know that we are spirit and that our transition will take us directly back to that state of being. So, what might we do in this physical realm that kind of resembles returning to a spiritual state? Come on, let me hear you say it. YES!
WE GO TO SLEEP EVERY SINGLE NIGHT!!
Even the most non-Oneness-believers out there will attest to a portion of each and every day where we allow our bodies to fall into a dream-like (aka spirit) state! What exactly happens during that time? We get a first-hand glimpse of the spirits that we really are! We get the chance to revisit our spiritual side each and every night! So why in God’s name would we ever be afraid to transition? IT’S THE SAME THING! WE DO IT EVERY SINGLE NIGHT!
Well, I’ll leave it at that for now. If you do have my book, go back and revisit the chapters I mentioned for more specific details. But regarding the title of this blog, I truly hope that you understand the difference between ‘death’ and ‘transition’. We will never die. We will all just naturally transition back to where we came from. It’ll be as easy and natural as going to sleep.
In Oneness,
Danny
